Terms & conditions

By express agreement, goods remain our property until full payment has been received, in accordance with French law no. 80-335 of 12 May 1980.

Payment is due at 10 rue Colbert, 35300 Fougères, France.

Any non-payment will make due, as damages and penalty, a fee equal to 15% of the amounts owed, in addition to statutory interest and any legal costs.

Any dispute shall be settled exclusively by the courts of Rennes.

No discount is granted for early payment.

Any late payment automatically triggers, from the day after the due date shown on the invoice, late-payment interest at three times the French statutory interest rate (article L. 441-6 of the French Commercial Code), plus a fixed recovery fee of 40 euros (article D. 441-5 of the French Commercial Code).
